The Teeter Hang Ups F5000 rotates on a pivot system. With simple arm movements (rotation is accomplished by shifting the weight of the arms), the table easily rotates to any comfortable angle. The smooth rotation allows for oscillation and intermittent traction. Adjustable roller hinges allow you to pre-select three levels to control the aggressiveness of rotation, and the tether strap allows you to pre-select the maximum angle of inversion. Comfortable ankle clamps hold you securely while inverting. Additional support can be gained by use of the optional Teeter Hang Ups Gravity Boots.
It's able to lock at full 90 degrees inversion (this is only possible when using the more aggressive roller hinge setting). While at 90 degrees, you can perform inverted sit-ups and squats. The table is self-controlled and can be unlocked with simple arm movements.

Inversion has changed Roger's life, and now he is dedicated to sharing his knowledge of inversion and quality products.
STL International, creator of Teeter Hang Ups brand inversion equipment, has pioneered standards for quality and performance in the inversion market. All Teeter Hang Ups F-series inversion tables are classified in accordance with UL 2601-1 (medical equipment in a clinical setting), a rigid specification that tests the structural integrity of the equipment.
Customer Review: Love it!
It arrived in perfect condition and was very easy to put together. The unit is very sturdy and comfortable. Four of us use it, ranging from my 6'4" 220 lb. husband to our 5'2" son and it adjusts easily to all our different heights. It feels a little weird the first time, but you'll quickly get used to it. We started out at only about a minute and now go for 4 to 5 minutes each day. Fantastic relief for tight necks and sore lower backs. Even my knees feel looser.
Customer Review: Hang me up
I was thinking to get a bigger bulkier more expensive model, but glad I didnt, this is just fine - light, compact, easy to use, comfortable. DVD is nice and includes assembly instructions (I recommend watching b4 assembly) and has some pointers on how to use for stretching and exercising. What's the opposite of buyer's remorse?
It is important to know the early signs of Rosacea so that it can be caught and treated on time. The development of Rosacea usually starts with increased skin sensitivity. One may develop a sudden skin reaction to cosmetic products. Later on, the person appears to blush easily, with reddish patches resembling sunburn making its appearance on his or her face. These first signs are all temporary.
The symptoms of Rosacea, including flushing of the face, can also be caused by exposure to the sun and alcohol consumption. These will stimulate the blood vessels, normally tiny, to dilate and increase the blood flow to the face, causing it to become reddish in appearance. Women are often manifest the redness on the forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin, while the redness in men usually appear on the nose and on the chest and neck. One of the more unusual forms of the reddish pattern resembles a butterfly.
Those who suffer from Rosacea may also develop small, red pimples on the vicinity of the reddish patches of skin. These pimples may be similar to acne, but Rosacea pimples are distinguished by the lack of whiteheads or blackheads. Because of the dilation of the blood vessels, the face may have small, red lines. These are called teleangiectasie. Usually, they can be found on the cheek area. Men with Rosacea are predisposed to a condition called rhinophyma, or the enlargement and inflammation of the nose. This is caused by the increased secretions of the oil glands under the skin. These are usually observed in alcoholics.
Some of the more severe symptoms of Rosacea is the redness, burning or tearing sensation, dryness, and formation of crusted mucus in the eyes, causing irritation. Swollen eyelids, as well as conjunctivitis, are also common symptoms. Contact lenses cannot be tolerated by people suffering from this condition. In the more advanced stages of the disease, Rosacea can cause blurred vision. These symptoms are similar to the ones present in acne or lupus, which is why Rosacea can be easily misdiagnosed. The expansion and dilation of blood vessels in the face are believed to cause headaches in Rosacea patients.
Rosacea is known to develop in stages. The first stage features an increased tendency for blushing, eye irritation, and extreme skin sensitivity to cosmetic products. In the next stage, redness of the forehead, cheeks, and nose will appear at random intervals. Later on, teleangiectasie will develop on the facial area.
If left untreated, the redness and teleangiectasie will become more permanent. The affected area may also have small pimples at its edges. Symptoms that manifested in the eyes can become more serious, and, in some cases, one's vision can become severely compromised.
